Due to screen settings and lighting, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) will be calculated during checkout.
4. Orders & Payments
We accept Online Payments only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery PIN code.
Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or broken products.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.
Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Cancellation requests before dispatch are subject to approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and designs, is the property of RRD Fashion Jewellery.
