Delivery Information and Replacement Guidelines
At RRD Fashion Jewellery, we strive to deliver your beautiful jewelry quickly and safely. Please read our shipping and return policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Details
- Delivery Time: Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your area's PIN code.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders valued above ₹499.
- Shipping Partner: All orders are securely packed and dispatched directly by RRD Fashion Jewellery using trusted courier partners.
2. Payment Information
For a seamless and secure checkout experience, we accept Online Payments only (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets).
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for any orders.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, returns are accepted only for damaged or broken products received during transit.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
A valid, continuous, and uncut unboxing video is required from start to finish. Important: Return or replacement requests without a proper unboxing video will strictly not be accepted under any circumstances.
